Rabbits and Snails

Bowhold
Today we practiced holding our violins in rest and play positions . We used We played pizzicato  on G,  D  and A  strings 

**New today**  Carrot pencils and bunny rabbit hands. Using our right hands  and pencils we practiced making snail shapes and bunny rabbit hands before biting down on our carrot pencils.

            Things to remember  Bend your thumb
            Fingers well over the pencil to make those bunny rabbit teeth

We learned a two note tune Foxtrot

and how to read the notes D and A on the 5 line stave

Rhapsody in Blue is a brilliant piece for piano and orchestra.
